    Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa is a series of sequenced poses that seamlessly flow together. You’ll experience both foundational postures and creative variations that will strengthen, open and restore your body and mind focused on smooth, mindful transitions and movement always guided by the breath. Candlelight options available.

    POWER VINYASA

    Power Vinyasa is an empowering and strengthening practice set to upbeat music. Students will move with intention for an empowering and dynamic vinyasa flow to surpass your edge. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the student ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Expect to sweat!

    YOSTRONG (Yoga, HIIT, Core, Strength)

    YoStrong is our signature class; a high-intensity fusion incorporating vinyasa flows, hand weights and interval training designed to tone every major muscle group. In addition to traditional yoga postures, you’ll see squats, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees, bicep curls and other fun and challenging movements. Expect to sweat!

  • Power MAT PILATES

    YTX Power Mat Pilates is designed to build strength, enhance mobility, and deepen body awareness through precise, controlled movements and conscious breathwork. Every exercise is guided with intention to fully engage your muscles from core to limbs, harnessing traditional Pilates principles of alignment and control.

    T.H.A.W - Yogic Strength Training

    “Test of Heart & Will” integrates functional weight training to create balance, strength & flexibility. We challenge students to find their edge, all while practicing breathwork and mindful movement.

    YIN & STRETCH

    A slow, mindful practice bringing the body into balance and increasing natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down, supported by props and held in stillness for several minutes. Candlelight options available.

  • POWER INTERVAL

    High output · Structured · Intentional recovery

    Power Interval is our most athletically structured offering. This is a true interval-based strength + cardio hybrid, designed around clear work/rest cycles to maximize output and recovery. Trains strength, stamina, and speed in focused blocks. This class is not about reaching you edge, its about pushing past it.

  • POWER CYCLE

    This is a full-body, rhythm-driven release. Lose yourself in the music while our instructors challenge your limits and awaken something deeper within. Expect tapbacks, push-ups, core work, explosive intervals, and an arm burn that hits different. You’ll walk out drenched in sweat, high on energy, and counting down to your next ride.

    Join Free classes led by our YTX Teacher Training Graduates who are developing their instructional skills. These classes are our way of saying thank you. Styles rotate weekly between Yin + Stretch, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and YoStrong!
