Soak up an hour of Yin delivered by Iva Drtina Hall followed by a one hour meditative sound bath delivered by Danielle Goldfarb for an opportunity to soak in good vibrations as you close out your weekend. We will supply all props.

Twists & Arm Balances
This fun and challenging workshop includes a 30 min warm-up flow, followed by “breaking down the poses” where we will explore a handful of your favorite twists and arm-balances, and concludes with an opportunity to put it all together in a final flow that will leave you exhilarated and ready for a nice long savasana!
