Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a series of sequenced poses that seamlessly flow together. You’ll experience both foundational postures and creative variations that will strengthen, open and restore your body and mind focused on smooth, mindful transitions and movement always guided by the breath. Candlelight options available.

POWER VINYASA
Power Vinyasa is an empowering and strengthening practice set to upbeat music. Students will move with intention for an empowering and dynamic vinyasa flow to surpass your edge. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the student ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Expect to sweat!

YOSTRONG
YoStrong is our signature class; a high-intensity fusion incorporating vinyasa flows, hand weights and interval training designed to tone every major muscle group. In addition to traditional yoga postures, you’ll see squats, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees, bicep curls and other fun and challenging movements. Expect to sweat!

YIN & STRETCH
A slow, mindful practice bringing the body into balance and increasing natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down, supported by props and held in stillness for several minutes. Candlelight options available.

T.H.A.W - Yogic Weight Lifting
Our newest class, a “Test of Heart & Will” integrates functional weight training to create balance, strength & flexibility. We challenge students to find their edge, all while practicing breath work and mindful movement.
