A deposit is due upon booking to reserve your date, time and teacher.
The balance of your payment will be processed within 14 days prior to the start of your private class given the location, occasion, and number of students.
*Deposits are non-refundable.
Yes! $4 Mat Rental In-Studio / $5 Mat Rental Off-Site
Yes! We charge $350 for a 60 minute Off Site Private Yoga Class. An Additional +$25 travel expense fee is incurred if the off-site location exceeds 15 miles from our studio address.
*Ranch/Hill Country Addendum:
Traveling through the Hill Country may create obstacles.
Firstly, provide written instruction on how to get to the location accurately. As cell service may be lost.
Secondly, in the event the teacher is unable to locate the ranch based on the instructions given by the client- 50% of the payment made will be refunded to the client & the other 50% will still be sent to the teacher for their time and efforts.
Thirdly, no refunds for cancellation or reschedule requests: threshold 5 days prior to the event.
