AUDITIONS
We’re not just hiring instructors.

YTX is a community-driven studio offering yoga, pilates, strength, interval training, and cycle, and we’re looking for instructors who bring energy, presence, and connection into every room they lead. Auditions can vary between internal studio demos and/or leading a public class on our schedule.
Please note that completing an audition does not guarantee a hired position.

Audition qualifications & expectations
At YTX, we’re not just looking for instructors; we’re looking for people who know how to create an experience.
You don’t need to come from a specific background or teach one particular format, but you do need to bring presence, energy, and a genuine connection to the people in the room.
Qualifications:
You have experience teaching in your modality (yoga, pilates, cycle, strength, etc.)
You hold relevant certifications or training (a minimum of 200-hour yoga alliance certification required to teach any yoga class)
Take at least 5 YTX classes before your final audition
You know how to confidently lead a room and create a strong, engaging class
You care about the people in your class, not just the workout
You bring positive energy, professionalism, and reliability
You are open to feedback, coaching, and continued growth
Other Areas of Consideration: Seva work and feedback from reference on class energetics, coach ability and teamwork.
Note: If you do not have a membership or the resources to access classes at YTX, please contact us so we can add a complementary class package to your account to meet the community involvement requirement. This option is only available to those who meet all the other audition qualifications.
