Active restorative practices really are the key to health and an art that is often overlooked in our workout/wellness culture. For some, rest might take work.
Join Carter Miles for this session using nidra (deep yogic sleep) to soften the torso and unlock the lungs, breath work to drop deeper into our bodies and steady the mind and finally rest.
The session will be broken into 3 seamless parts:
-Intention setting in a Yin Practice
-Breathwork for activating, releasing and moving energy through the body.
-Yoga Nidra (sleep), staying awake while resting the body supine, letting the brain shift down and letting the body heal.
